I have lupus. I have taken "buckets" of steroids and I eat too much. I gained alot of weight from the combination. I have two beautiful babies who I want to raise healthy and teach to eat healthy so that they do not have weight problems. I can't get away from taking steroids. But I can lose weight by having gastric by pass and that is what I have decided to do. It's been a hard decision, but I know it is the right one for me and will be well worth it in the end.
