A huge Hello to everyone! I want to thank Everyone for their compassion in sharing such personel information. I guess were all in the same boat or having the same journey all at different stages. Well mine has barley started, but i took the first step and told my gp i want surgery. Why she didnt offer it to me i dont know. I told her that all the tests etc seems to boil down to my weight. No problem she said I didnt have to go out of the country and that she would apply and then they would request my personnel history if accepted. does this sound right. I would love to know what the criteria is for acceptance, is there anyone out there who can help me. The doc also said that i didnt have a choice where id have the surgery either toronto guelph or winsdor. take care love dodie
