"a dr david diaz is new to st vincent bariatric center of excellence in carmel indianarni thought he was very positive and upbeat i liked very much. my surgery is set for 10/16. am very excited and a little scared. i cant say i did not like anything about him. i feel confident in at this point and the pre op testing and education is extensive."
