I'm just beginning this process. I have to have 6 PCP visits for documentation. I also have to have my psy. eval and then I'll be ready for a surgery date. I'm doing the lap band surgery at Baptist Hospital. Dr. Charles Morton is my surgeon. Michelle Boone in his office has been such a big help. What a great cheerleader for me. Of course when you make up your mind to do this you want it NOW, but insurance has other ideas. I;m trying to make the best of it, but I need any helpful advice I can get. Thanks!!
