Had my surgery!!

Hey everyone,Just wanted to share that I had my surgery on Wed. Feb. 11th, 2009 at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. Everything went very well. I am sore but other then that I feel good. Trying to get my protein in on a daily basis. That is hard considering I couldn't drink the Optisource. It was beyond nasty. I am drinking EAS drink. It's pretty good but doesn't have as much protein as the other. Does anyone have any suggestions to help get my protein? Thanks so much!!
