I've never posted on here, but suppose I should start. My husband had the sleeve done on september 11, 2006, and I can't believe it's been almost a year! He started out around 252, and has never been able to loose weight (no will power for diets!), since his surgery he is down to between 150-160 and loves it, he went from a size 42 waist to a size 30-31 slim fits! no more shopping at the big & tall store for him. he does have some problems maintaining the weight, but snacks a lot throughout the day, still has small main meals, and he eats more fish now. He found himself craving the protein, so we've incorporated that into our meals a lot more than before. over all he couldn't be happier with the outcome! And would recommend it to anyone even questioning it!
