"I learned of Dr. Chapman on the internet site for the Bariatrics program at The Brody School of Medicine. He performed the RNY on the site and I was very impressed with his confidence and competence. When I call to inquire, the staff treated me like a family member returning home. He has been very professional, very thorough,very informative, and very patient. :) His staff and aftercare program is very reassuring and professional. He was very frank about the benefits and risks of the surgery, and the prognosis if I did or did not have the surgery. I have every confidence in him and am thankful to be in his hands tomorrow morning, when I have my surgery. I think it is important to be competent, professional, balanced with a caring friendly, firm and frank manner. He is all of these things.rn"
