Non Scale Victory - i went shopping today and in a store that i normally wear a 4x (30/32), today i fit a 22/24. awesome. i did not think it would fit, but i thought what the heck i will try it anyway...

3.5 weeks post op - had doctor's visit again today. had not weighed myself. today at md i was 358.5lbs that means i have lost 6lbs since last visit. and about 23 total since i started this journey.
