Hmm My story?
Well I Have been married 28 yrs. (Feb.16) 3 days before surgery
I have been blessed with a wonderful family. A fabulous husband and 2 great kids.
Daughter 18 going away to college this fall.
A son 17 also planning to go to college the year after.
I am so proud of them both but it is now time for ME.
The yoyo dieting has been a part of me almost my whole life But it's not going to
be that way anymore because the day I walked into Dr.Bours seminar I made up my
mind that I was going to become a new person I was tired of the old. at the rate I
was going I would'nt be able to walk or run with future grandkids take long walks on
the beach with my husband and dance again yes kids mom can dance.
These things mean a lot to me.
So begins my journey
I am going to take 1 step or pound at a time
Not sweat the small stuff
life is to short and I plan on living forever.

Everything is going well. I have had no problems at all. Im going to be put on pureed food this week and really looking forward to it ready to have the taste of new foods. I have to be honest the liquid phase was hard to get the protein and water in and even some of the 6 meals But the good thing is I am down 31 pounds
and people are starting to ask if I've lost weight
I had the drain removed on the 5th and was sooo glad to have it remove! it gave me the heebee geebees but now I have the hole and that gives me the heebee geebees too.
I'm still trying to work on my exercising not doing as well as I should.will work on that.
So my journey go's on 1 pound at a time
