"When I first met Dr. Casillas I was impressed with his confidence, and self assured attitude. I like a doctor who enjoys what he does, does it well and is not afraid to be confident! The stall at Kaiser West LA were nice and efficient. WHile Dr. Casillas repeatedly warned my of the possible complications and riskd. He and his staff gave me full information on post op eating, foods, menus, etc. I was never told of the pain and discomfort I would have! I give him a 8.5 out of 10, (10 being Perfect.) He is very competent and his bedside manner is good. I am a big baby and would have liked to be pampered, but oh well, that's what hubby is for."
