halloween was very difficult!!my kids had mounds of candy,out of which i overloaded myself with tons of it..(i feel really really disgusted with myself)times like these i wish i was one of the 40% who have dumping,nut nooooo i tolerate it well indeed,ughhh!back to being strict,not willing to give in again so easily to my yukky temptations.im wondering how thanksgiving will go,im so used to like three big plates of food,gonna be strange.more pics to come real soon,my digital camera was broken but we got it repaired and i need some updated body pics,as well as updated pics of my little rose.i just need to get back and stay on track,and never forget my limitations!!also have to stay on top of my water,im pretty sure that is the problem.190 pounds now for almost four weeks,havent thrown out that damn scale yet and i am not about to until i reach my goal of 155 pounds.
