I am back on track. My doctor said that I have five more lbs. I need to loose then I am done! Everyone at work has told me I look good and others that are more honest say that I look sick and my nose and cheek bones look bigger. I hope to have a breast lift and a tummy tuck in Dec. Well see!

Uggg! I am so off track it is not even funny! I still weigh about what I weighed in April and it is July! I gained weight this is so fustrating. I did all of this to only get rid of 50 lbs. It's the eating .... I know because I workout very hard.

Back On Track

This weekend I got my motivation! I ran into a lady who had surgery and she is now more than half way back to her original weight. I so wanted to tell her to come with me to the gym. I realized that it is too easy to go back. I have lost a few pounds and changed up my work outs so well see haw things go from here.

I need some motivation! I workout two hours five days a week and do not mind it one bit. However, when it comes to food I make bad choices. Do I drink water? No!
Do I eat enough protein? No! Do I take my vitamins? No! Do I eat healthy foods? No! Do I go to support groups? No! Do I keep eating even when I am full? Yes! Do I snack all day? Yes! Do I drink when I eat? Yes! Do I eat slowly? No! Do I lose weight? No! The only weight I've lost has been hair weight because my hair just keeps falling out!
