ANGEL REPORT! As Jess has reported earlier on this grey Washington morning, there is exactly one month until her big day. I am soo excited for her, but not as excited as she is! What a great Christmas gift! If you haven't read her story, please see her profile. Her story of battling the insurance company is an inspiration to anyone. What a fighter! We should all be so determined when it comes to WLS and our own health. GO JESS!!!

Jessica, many good wishes and warm thoughts are being sent your way as you begin your journey to a new and healthy life! I am almost 5 months out and have lost 70 lbs., feel so much better, take so much less medication, and feel it was all worth it. The toughest part is the first 8 weeks, healing from the surgery and learning how to eat, once you pass that mark, you will feel terrific. Just remember, WALK, WALK, WALK, DRINK, DRINK, DRINK, and PROTEIN, PROTEIN, PROTEIN!!
