Hi Erika, I'm with you on the yucky protein shakes. I am 8 weeks out and can't choke down another one to save my life. I did decide today that I had to do something about the fact that I wasn't getting nearly enough protein in so I tried something different. I bought some protein drink stuff at GNC that tastes like black cherry kool-aid (sort of) and mixed it with juice. It was pretty good. Didn't have that protein taste that I was used to. Another thing that I did was mix my protein shake powder (chocolate UnJury..you can get this from UnJury.com) with a package of sugar free, fat free pudding mix. I put the mixture in popsicle makers and stuck it in the freezer. They were great, kind of like fudgesicles. The powdered mix and the pudding mix needs to be mixed together before you add the milk. It works best that way, I'm told. I used 2 scoops of the protein powder for a total of 60 grams of protein for the whole batch. Of course that is not including the protein that you will get from the milk. Hope this helps. I need more suggestions as well. If you get any, please pass them along. Thanks
