Wow, what a ride, 11 months out, 122 pds.  I feel great!!!!!!.  Now plastic surgery, next year, I still have 38 pds to lose.  I am trying to upload a new picture, no luck yet.

What a wild ride this has been.  Best decision I have made in awhile.  My best day was when I was able to fit into a XL instead of a 3x or 4x.  Food is no longer my crutch.  I eat to live not live to eat.  Now don't get me wrong, I still love food.  I just respect in more and the take responsibility for my actions.  I have been bad some days.  The smell of fresh popped corn kills me.  I can eat maybe a handful then I am done, before it would have been two bags, by myself.  How did I get to this point.  My doctor was fabulous and his staff was even better.  My only problem with MUSC is the 45.00 fee they charge to walk in door.  Some insurances cover some don't.  They call it a facility fee.  I call it fleecing the public.  I am not indigent and I have two insurances that 100% of every visit.  If you buy only 1 book before surgery, weight loss surgery for dummies, great book, lots of questions answered.  Good receipes.   Well thats it.  90 pds gone, 59 to go.  I did not lose any weight before surgery. 

4 WEEK APPT YESTERDAY, WELL 2 DAYS SHORT-30 PDS ACCORDING TO THEIR SCALES.  EGD YESTERDAY, DID NOT FIND ANYTHING.

11 days post-according to my scale 21 pds lighter-still have very loose stools-talked with Diana today, told me okay as long as not bloody looking(gross).   Supposed to go back to work on Wednesday-will see how I am feeling on monday.  I think it is too soon.  I am bored!!!!!!!  Bill working on deck-no real company just there if I need him.  This has been very hard on him, so I will let him work, he loves being outside.  The gnats and mosquitoes know me.  He has all the bug candles going-but the minute I walk out there-I am lunch.  Still cant get the whole drinking stop drinking 30 minutes prior to eating down.  Will work on that. 

Well here I go, night before, had my pizza and pralines.  Check in at 8am, surgery around 10.
