I am new here. I have been thinking about lap band surgery for approx 3 years, fought with my HMO, changed insurance coverage as of 01/2007 and now have my surgery date of 05/24/2007. I started my liquid diet yesterday and am doing well. I am so excited. I am having trouble finding a protein drink that I actually like but I found one that I can tolerate.
