Hello, my story is this.. My diabetes was way out of control. i am 33 years old too young to be having complications of this disease. i also have pcos I was talking to my Dr on lovely visit and she suggested that i go to a weight loss meeting. well this weight loss meeting turned out to be  Dr. Lalor's seminar on weight loss surgery. i wanted to have more information so i signed up to get more from their actual individual person and that started my journey. I did my six months of diet and exercise. lost very little weight. i think i even bounced back and forth like a yo yo. i was notified and scheduled for surgery February 9th while in my Dr office. how funny is that. i had 2.5 weeks before surgery. I had surgery march 2ND, 2009. i was terrified to go into this i almost chicken out. i knew my family wasn't going to be much help so I'm depending on this website for help.  But on the operating table i remember thinging WTF am i doing. how am i going to do this. but i did the surgery and that was the easy part. Now starts the rest of my life.

i am 7 mo out now i have lost 44 official pounds but more like 60 since i started with dr. lalor. I dont think they count before surgery. i weighed 220 a week before i saw this dr. now i weight 170 and holding.
hate platoes. havnt lost any weight since june 09. so hopefully it will kick back in.
im still trying to exercise my body to death it seems like and still  platoed.
