I am frustrated, my hopes are for having just the Vertical Sleeve done, and insurance denied me, they said it is too experimental.  After speaking with my surgeon we are looking at doing a Duodenal Switch now.  I really want to have just the sleeve done.  Are there any other Tricare Insurance patients that have had the sleeve done?  What do I need to do to?  I am really scared to have the malabsorption part of the surgery.

Any wisdom would be appreciated!!
