Seven months out as of today and I am down seventy-five pounds
. I feel I should be further ahead due to my messups for almost two months but I am not. I however am happy that this amount of weight has come off of me. I have learned to take my time eating again and I also wait thirty minutes after I eat to drink my fluids. That is where I have messed up previously. I am looking forward to more of this journey and get myself back onto track. I look at it this way about ten pounds per month and if I keep on doing what I am doing I should be at my goal weight hopefully by the end of this year
. I have fifty six more pounds to go for my goal to be at one hundred forty-five and only thirty one more pounds to be at my surgeons goal weight of one hundred seventy.Start weight 276
