Today, I have made some decisions:1. I will start moving more.
2. I am going to win this battle with my weight.
3. I will not eat any junk food. I started weight watchers this week. I think this will help in learning to eat right and smaller amounts.
4. I will stop smoking ! I have cut it in half, but that is not good enough, soon, I will be smoke free :)
I have a great support system at work. These girls are such great motivation for me. Even the skinny girls are thinking of ways to help me lose weight.
