I"ve never thought of myself as heavy or obease. So this "journey" has been a real eye opener. I have great friends who support me in whatever I do. This is just a little bump in the road. I just wish my Grandma would be here to see me, I know she would be so proud of me.
I've been asked by "friends" why I'm doing this and why can't I do the weight loss on my own. My reply has been that I'm doing this FOR ME. I do deserve better for myself in life and this is my second chance at getting it right, since I didn't get it right the first time. How many people can say they've gotten a second chance at something? I'm gonna make this one count.
