"The hospital is under construction and very frustrating, NO parking and also being in Surgical Day care ward, I was not permitted to have visitors except 3-8 which was hard for some family members."

"My first impression of Dr Rusnak, was he was very compassionate man, and about how people can have a chance at living healthy again. Very knowledgeable.rnrnExpect to wait a while when you go to see him as he is a very busy man. His staff are very helpful. It can at times be hard to reach them, but just keep trying and be patient.rnrnI would hope that beside manner and surgical competence could work together. As I have not yet had my surgery, something tells me Dr Rusnak would have both. I hear nothing but good things about him. :)rn"
