Hello everybody;
sorry it has taken me so long to post anything.
I am now 11 weeks post op and been back in the states about a month.
All is going well. Have lost about 70 lbs. total. Down to 353 from 424. No major issues to this point just some pain from adhesions.
Am learning to watch what I eat. Bread is a killer- lots of gas and pressure- also have to watch the fat intake or suffer from oil slicks.
Also, I am still having trouble drinking water. Nothing else seems to be a problem but for some reason water sits there like a boulder. Anyone else who has had this and knows what's up please send me a message.
