So for about 17 years now I have struggled with my weight and have finally made the decision to get some serious help with WLS to overcome this long battle! I looked at the Lap Band initially but I decided against it when my surgeon said that he has not seen as good of results when the people come back in post-op and a lot of them are having a 2nd surgery later on. I personally did not like the Roux-enY Gastric because I don't think you should rearrange how God made you. I have seen it work for others but it just wasn't for me. So he told me about the VSG and I knew it was the one for me! I am excited to start this journey and release the Thin Amy that has always been inside. :)
