Pre-op WLS 3/11/09

Well, this is the first day after meeting with my surgeon and the first day of my liquid diet. I was supposed to start yesterday after my meeting… and I did however, I feel off the wagon as soon as I got home! I really beat myself up all night! I tried to tell myself that everyone does the same thing but honestly, I knew that I needed to take responsibility for my own actions and woke up this morning “back on the horse.” Today is going much better now that I have tried to stay busy.

So I guess I will tell you a little about myself. I am 33yrs old, married (but closer to separated), I have two children 2yrs old and 12yrs old. I am the only obese person in my entire family and I live in a very health conscious community.

I am counting down the days to my surgery and trying to keep busy.
