Before I started my weight loss surgery journey I was around 312 lbs.
I was so excited about starting 12 step options program at Kaiser that when I
weight in I had lost 7 lbs . So 304 lbs the first day of class was my starting weight.
I was very concern about gaining weight after the program.....but I did good and the day of
the surgery my weight was 258 lbs. That day was feb. 14 2012, Valentines day !!
