Wishing you a successful surgery and a speedy, uneventful recovery. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I was also just a little over 100 lbs overweight and my starting BMI was 42.1. I heard the same kinds of comments but just thanked them for thinking I was "not that overweight" and "could lose it on my own". Then I just walked away. Those same people are now congratulating me on my weight loss and being very supportive. I hope it turns out that way for you also! God Bless...
