"I was so nervous before my first visit with Dr. Salahi. It turned out he was WONDERFUL! I felt so at ease with him and he answered all of my questions and assured me that he was available ANYTIME to answer questions about the surgery. He even mentioned to me that he had seen some of my postings on the website and I liked that! To me it meant he was active on this site and he knew first hand how we (obese adults) feel, our emotions, and concerns. And his office staff was also great, they were on top of the ball...my pcp's office gave me a hard time about getting a referral and they were ready to act on it for me...I look forward to taking this step towards my future with Dr. Salahi as the light at the end of a long, hard traveled, failure filled, tunnel."
