Charisse - so sorry to hear about your current problems, but I'm sure you will step over this road block and stride forward to a healthy life. Best wishes for an uncomplicated surgery and a speedy recovery.

Angel Flying in*** Charisse is in need of our prayers and encouragement. She is having her gall bladder removed in the morning. Seems that the rapid weight loss causes this pretty frequently. She's in good spirits considering and I'll update as I have news.

Dear Charisse, Well said in your post. You are so right in fact the past few days I have come on to the sight and went back off. You are right to be successful it is a life long change in our mind to eat to live. Thanks for saying what I was feeling and did not address. Blessings in abundance my dear cyber friend. Congratulations, Charisse. What a role model you and the other post-ops are; I really appreciate the updates you and the others share. I am a very hopeful pre-op; predetermination case was just filed with my insurer (Highmark Blue Cross/Blue Shield) Friday, 2/14. I am so ready, I would schedule the surgery for tomorrow if I could. (Patience is not one of my top virtues, admittedly). Thanks again, and please keep us posted on your progress.

I am 3 weeks post op today. I have lost 32 lbs forever. I feel great, keeping up with my proteins, vitamins, water and exercise. As of Thursday I am completely drain free woohaaaa! My clothes are baggy. Pre-op sibs hang in there. This week surgeries may you all have a healthy, complication free recovery. All new post ops congrats and stay positive. Post op thanks for all your support. How's Lissa Reed???

I am soooooooo excited for you. You will be in my prayers. I am on the quest for WLS. I begin my saga on Monday 2-03-03 with the visit to my PCP. God Bless You and KEEP THE FAITH! Janette
