This is my first post after surgery, everything is going good had the RNY surgery on April 9 2013, so I am just about 1 month out and since surgery I am down 20 lbs but I am down a total of 60 lbs since Dec.

I am starting with the soft solid part of the diet and so far so good have not run into any problems with anything I have tried. I am very glad I decided to have the surgery, I am at a weight now that I haven't been at for so long I can even fit into my grade 8 grad dress and thats going back like 18 yrs lol. 

Small things amuse me stuff that I couldn't do before that now I can, I get excited when I can do something lol.

Anyway I am well on my way but still have alot to go, but I look forward to every little new thing I can do !!!!!
