"I thought he was very nice and definitely funny. He thourghly explains everyhting. His staff (IDA) is very helpful and she is truly a sweety. What I liked least is that he was late to the meeting about 30 minutes. Just know that he is also the best in his field and that you might want to get him as soon as possible, I think next year will be his last in regards to doing this type of surgery. He didn't talk too much about aftercare except that if you have any problems you should contact his office. The New Start programs offers support groups and he made sure that everyone understood the risks of this surgery. So far I would have to rate him a 9+. I think bedside manner and surgical competence is great, but if I had to choose one it would be competence."
