Meet up with kristen for weigh in today was actually surprized at how much i lost, i felt like i did not do a good job the last few months. But was down 14 lbs. She said 8 more and I can go see gens. 13 more before surgery.

well i go to support group tonight, kristen is meeting me early to use the scale. hard to belive it has been over 2 months since my last weigh in. It sucks being so big and not haveing a scale to weigh you. Also working all the hours i do does nothing for time to exercize.

Well i lost antother 6 lbs of the pre surgery weight, not as much as i would of liked but at least i did not go the other way. I had my consult with the nuro doctor yesterday, before tuesdays sleep study. All else is good I had to take on a second job due to money issues. But all else is good.

well got my appointment for a sleep study. march 27. I asked for this since they say you need to be on a c-pap machine for 3 months prior to surgery if you have apnea. I don't know if i do but lets take care of this just in case.

Well i got my pshyciatrist apointment done today. he stated that i was mentally capable for the procedure. Next week i meet with the cordinator again for a weigh in and then with the nutritionist

Well i had my appointment on monday. It went well chose my surgen. Now i have to schedual my shrink visit my nutritionist appointment and go to support group meetings, oh yes and also schedual pt. even though i need to loose 70 lbs for this it is all worth it.

Well after 3 weeks of waiting, nancy from portsmouth called me and set up my first appointment. it is monday at 4pm. I can't wait. I have been researching this procedur for so long now. Though the holidays will be tough. I will have to take it easy on ma's cookies.

i STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM PORTSMOUTH YET. i AM GETTING WORRIED THAT IT GOT LOST IN THE MAIL OR SOMTHING. i KNOW THEY ARE BUSY HELPING OTHER LIKE ME, SO I DON'T WANT TO BOTHER THEM

Ilove spending time with my wife and son and want to be healther for myself as well as my family. So i am not embarresed to do things anymore, it is hard to believe people are so discriminatory towards obese people. I was in the process of looking for a new job with better opertunities when i realized i needed to change my outside image. I have been told many time no we can't hire you. You know why but you dont want to accept it.

8\30\06- Well I have schedualed appointments to go to the info sessions at Parkland in Derry, and Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, from here i will choose the best program for me.

9\20\06- Pauline and myself went to the info session at portsmouth regional hospital, on the 13th of the month. It was very informative and helpful. They answered all of our questions. Now on the 2nd of october I will be going to cmc to there info session. Then i will chose the program to start a better life. I am verylucky to have pauline standing by my side and being so supportive, I don't know what i would do with out here, or our little monster cody. He cetainly has made our life together even more enjoyable than it was before he came into our lifes. 


10/14/06- Well i went to the info at cmc. I liked the program but have a few problems with it. I figure i need to loose 125 pounds roughly(due to my pcp scale does not go high enough) to get my bmi below 55, so the surgen can do the surgery she wants all mens bmi to be below 55. So i decided to go with portmouths. I have filled out the application, and monday call my pcp for a referal. 
NOW I STARTED TO GET THIS BALL GOING, HELLO NEW LIFE.
