I am very excited, but very afraid of the pain!! I think that once I have the 10 to 15 pounds removed from my stomach I will finally realize how much weight I have lost!!

I feel like it took forever!!! 1 year and 5 months 130 pounds.
I think I am really for another goal
150 pounds I am 5'8 lots of people are telling me to stop, I think its the excess skin that bothers me cuz I am still not comfortable with myself naked :(

I can't seem to get on track, and why am I grazing and hungry all the time!!! I did all this to then set myself up for failure :(

I think I finally feel like I have accomplished some weight loss, mentally I have been at 296 pounds :( the compliments are coming from everywhere and I am not sure what do to with them all, it's hard believe me to handle all what is going on but being down 10 sizes in jeans I feel like a new person

Yes I am and that is bad, I wanted to scale to be a bit nicer to me. I have been having mini dumping issues everyday I guess I should have read up on that more, I am off track, not following the whole deal regarding protein, water, and vitamins. I have never been able to start something and finish it :((((
