I just finished my pre-op testing, and it was a breeze. I'd already had most of it done, just had to get stuck for another CBC since what I had was almost 2 months old. I'd already had the EKG done. I spoke to the anesthesiologist and while I haven't been tested for sleep apnea, I told him the pulmonologist felt I had it, so he put it down that I DID have it! The pre-op nurse raved about my surgeon, talking about how wonderful he is. I've definately made the right choice. As of right now......I have 7 days and a wake-up! Is it normal to be scared to death and excited at the same time?
