medicaid approval - Hello does anyone know about how long it take's for mo medicaid to approve the lap band surgery.

lap band revision - hey i was wondering if anyone know's of a doctor that i can go and get my lap band removed and get the gastric bypass.i mo medicaid. thank you so much
