"I thought Dr Flanagan was great. I heard some things about his bedside manner and didn't see that at all. He is very intelligent and I felt very confident it what he is about to do.
Aftercare is a big thing to him and he wants you to go to meetings to discuss with people who are going or are about to go into this. I think it's a great idea myself. I never new there was such support.
He thought the risks during surgery where so low for me. Though he did explain what could happen.
I would rate him so far as a Dr. who is confident and knowledgeable in what he does.
Surgical competence to me means everything bedside manner doesn't mean much."
