I went to my consult and there was a little confusion. But it was settled quickly. I really liked everyone there. Dr. Gandsas is reaaly cool and has a good sense of humor. Paula is the coolest and helped get me in with Nancy quickly. Karen was wonderful in helping me get everything scheduled sooner since Dr. Gandsas moved up my surgery date.
4/20/05 -
I had my pre-op appt today and had a bit of a wait, but I was prepared for that. The staff is awesome. Paula is too organized. I'm amazed she can keep it all together. And she is one of the sweetest people. Illene is great with all the paper work. Karen is sooo helpful. Nancy squeezed me in real quick to get some supplements even though I didn't have an appt with her. The whole staff will do everything they can to make the process as easy as possible for you. Dr. Gandsas sat down with my mother and me to go over the details of the surgery and stuff, he was mostly reinterating what I already knew; but I appretated that he wanted to make sure I knew everything. Awesome surgeon and staff!!"
"While waiting in the Emergancy Room, not only did the power surge for minutes; they were very late in coming down to get the patients. The ER lady couldn't us the system since the computers were all down. "
"I really liked her. I gave her my diet history and she was surprised how thorough it was. She didn't tell me anything I didn't aleady know. She was cool about the surgery and all and I got some new reading materal. So now I'm back to counting calories for 6 mo., but it'll be documented for the ins. co, "
