"Dr. Coates is very nice. He was willing to answer any questions. The office staff is wonderful and helpful. They didn't seem to mind my many questions. If you didn't have any questions for the doctor he didn't seem to spend any extra time to go over anything. Not much has been said about aftercare. I do have an appointment for a week after. The PA addressed most of the basic information. He seems pretty great all around."
