Bob, Have the Greatest Ever on Tuesday!! It’s good to see more guys out here on Obesity Help. We make up a small minority of the people having Weight Loss Surgery, but tend to lose down quicker and with fewer hassles than the women due to Male Physiology. Drop by the "Men's Message Board" at- http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/men/ -to see how other Guys are doing with their surgeries. A lot of info and advice specifically tailored to Men. I’m just dropping by to let you know that there’s a huge crowd of strangers out here pulling for you and holding you in our prayers. May you have a famously successful surgery and a record-breaking recovery! Be nice to the nurses, Enjoy the drugs when you can, and most importantly, hurry home and start walking away from those pounds and into a new Life! Best Wishes-

Dear Bob, Don't worry too much the day of your surgery. Just say a prayer and leave it in God's hands. He will bless Dr. A. too. Then you will be fine and dandy. I love Dr. A. He did a great job on me. Maybe I'll see you at the WLS meetings. My prayers are with you and Paula and your family. Esther R.

Hello Bob, I am one of Paula's friends!! I am so happy and excited for you for your surgery. Take it calm, deep breaths, center yourself, and most of all, slow down and enjoy this journey. It happens, it just does, but don't wish the time by, enjoy the process. This will be the best thing you have ever done - hang on for the ride of your life!! love, donna
