Im a 45 year old guy from maybrook ny.i have been overweight for 15 years. i am going to take control of my life.i had lapband surgery 12/23/08 .since november when i made this decision i lost 30 pounds 8 since my surgery.im going to need a lot of help.im realy bad at the computer so stick with me.hope to make new friends through my journey.
