It's been over a year...

I can't believe it's been over a year since my last post and almost 2 years since my surgery.  I'm weigh between 160 - 170 and feel great.  My blood sugars aren't quite what they need to be but I'm working em...I can't eat and drink anything...I mean anything I want which is not really good.

But I'm really happy that I'm maintaining my weight.  Marriage is blessed and husband is a blessing...kids and grandkids are blessed also!!!

God is Good and greatly to be praised!!!!!
