I just wanted to tell you to hang in there and try to stay positive and focused, you can do it.give it all you can give. don't worry about those Christmas treats. I had some too. and now I must get back on track. I go to my surgeons on the 20th. and I need to loss 11 lbs, so I'm being strict on myself.LOL God Bless and keep you well, take care**Hugs**</b>
