Jacq0122, Sorry all that happened to you. I am in the beginning stages with Dr. Barker and his office. My insurance is so new with covering WLS I really don't know what they are going to do. However, I am continuing my monthly weight ins with Dr. Barker's office but NOW I am not sure if I should do that. Maybe I need to do both and have my PCP weight me in and put me on a program too. I would hate to have to do this all over again. Not taking your phone calls is bad business. I don't like hearing that at all. Dale has been good about calling me back so far, but I don't have any issues at this time. I think you should keep appealing with the insurance. Sounds like you could win on those issues. Doesn't seem fair for them to change to rules right in the middle of the game. If anything you should only have to see your PCP for a month because you had a month to go before the policy was changed. Keep me posted on Barker and these issues.
