I went to the doctor today (my spine surgeon) and he said I absolutely DON'T need another surgery. This is a very good thing. And, he wrote me a prescription for more aggressive PT, which will help me a lot since I may only exercise in the water, and I don't have a pool of my own. It's a goal for when my SSD gets approved. I posted to the April, 2004 message board, and some new friends I met on that board and I are going to make January, "Take Our Vitamin(s) month. It's just easier for me to re-embrace good habits one at a time. I stopped taking them when my daughter was paralyzed in a car accident. Shortly after, I had to have surgery to take out a bony spur which had grown into my spinal cord at C-3. I've been sedentary since April, 2006, so it is QUITE a relief to be allowed to move again. Don't say you HAVE TO exercise, say YOU CAN!!
