One Week Post-Op (and a day really lol)

Well, it's been a week and a day. I'm feeling fabulous. really. just a little sore in my lower abdomen on the left side. and of course there's the bruising from all those shots of heparin. ugh.
i know i'm not supposed to get on the scale, but i did! and i'm down 14 lbs so far. love it. so glad that i did this.
just still feeling tired but i'm getting cabin fever. i like going for my walks while shopping rather than outside lol. ok, enough for now...i'm having some shake and then a nap and then a walk!

So, I've been approved! The fabulous Francine from my surgeon's office called today to let me know...I am absolutely completely excited! This is the best decision I have ever made...I cannot wait!

Well the date is tentatively set for October 6, 2008. I couldn't be happier! I'm not nervous at all. The only thing that gives me pause is waiting for POMCO to say yes. Other than that, I have never been so ready for anything in my entire life. I can't wait!!!
