Hi there. My name is Jamie and I am 29 years old. I will be 30 in Feb. I am married to a great guy. We will have our 5 year anniversary on Feb 01. We have one son that is 2 years old and the love of my life.
I have always struggled with my weight. I remember weighing 181 lbs in 8th grade at our basketball physical and being so embarrsed for everyone to see. I could write for hours about different experiences.
I have had success with weight loss programs but always gain the weight back plus some. I have joined Weight Wise, Weight Watchers, Metabolic Weight Loss, and LA Weight Loss at different times in my life. I have taken every diet pill possible with short term loss.
I struggle with a endocrine disorder, PCOS. This problem causes my obsesity, high cholestrol, pre-diabetic status, and infertility. I currently take 2000mg on glucophage daily. I feel tired and sluggish all day. I can not wait to start feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally.
My surgery is scheduled for December 20, 2007. I have Gastric Scheduled but keep debating with Lap Band.
