My mother is convinced the man is a saint - and she is not one to dole out compliments of that caliber easily. You need a negative? His office is B-U-S-Y! They routinely overbook but will also tell you that so you know you'll have to wait a while - but he doesn't rush you out the door once you get your turn. "
