I am stuck at the same weight... I guess I am not trying hard enough.... I hope I can get through this plato.... I need to get this weight offfffff..... Pray for me?

Almost 3 months Post Op

It has been a while since I have posted.... I have lost a total of 40 pounds.... I seem to have come to a stand still in the past couple of weeks tho and that worries me.... I am still doing everything I am supposed to be doing... I go to the Dr. in early Sept. I am sure I will get a fill... I sure hope that helps!!

2 weeks and 2 days post op

Well today is 2 weeks & 2 days post op.... I have lost a total of 16 pounds and things are still going really well.... I am so glad I had this surgery, I am feeling better each day and pray I continue to do so.... Hope every one is doing well.

Well, I am one week post op and have lost 8 lbs!! The soreness is almost gone and I am walking more and doing a little more around the house....I am so excited... I have been doing well and I really hope this continues... I can do this :)
