well its been six months and i feel great i have more energy than ever it has been a struggle with some things like i want to eat the way i used to but i hang in their. still cant eat allot different meats like chicken tears me up unless i make it chili.
iam going to try fish. i love to cook now don't know why but i do any ways thank you Dr gluck once again for my new life.

I'm writing for my husband because he doesn't get on here often. He really has come a long way in such a short time. He looks GREAT! I can't believe how much his apperance has changed. I can't believe he has lost over a 100 lbs in less than 6 months. He has more energy than he knows what to do with and he never sits still. I wanted to do this up date for him because sometimes you can't see what other can. He has always been a handsome man and has a great personality, but he has this glow about him now. I have known this man for 19 yrs this month and he reminds me of that 16yr old I first meet. Dr. Gluck has given me something that no one could have ever given me and that is my young, fun, loving and caring husband a new life. I thank him every day for what he has done for our family. My journey began almost one year ago. I went to a seminar with my wife and decided at that seminar I wanted to check into the surgery further, so my wife and I set appointments up and it all began. The experience I have had with this, is the wonderfull the people at Dr. Glucks office never stop checking on ways for me to get approved even after I kinda gave up on checking. I never forget the call from Dr. Glucks office. They told me that my insurance had changed their qualifications for me to be 50% bmi or higher.Mine was so they resubmit my request. Now, let me tell you I started in Oct 07' with the first visit. This 1st call was in April and I think then came the call in late May or early june about approval for sugery.I had my surgery on July 30th 2008 and I feel great. I would do it all over if I had to. My point, is don't give up because Dr. Glucks office doesn't give up on you. They are the best people I have ever delt with.
