It has been 1 year since my surgery and i have lost 143 lbs, I am down to 155, i never thought i would be that small. It truly is amazing to think how much mt body has changed in the last year!

Made it to my goal

10 months out and i am below my goal of 165, i'm 161 thanks to having a stomach virus, lol. I just can't believe it. I'm wearing clothes i had in college many years ago.

Almost there

I'm at eight months out and i am 8 lbs away from my goal. I have a BMI under 25, i am no longer even overweight, let alone morbidly obese. I can't even wrap my mind around it. I never thought i would be here again. i want to be at my goal of 165 when i go for my 9 mth post op april 16th.
